1. 7-day free trial and billing start
- Your trial begins when you activate a paid plan trial.
- Billing begins automatically after the 7-day trial unless canceled before the trial ends.
- You can cancel anytime during the trial from your account settings.
2. Refund policy principle
Because Lexoria is a SaaS service with immediate access to digital features, charges are generally non-refundable once a paid cycle has started.
We still review exceptional situations in good faith, especially where billing or service delivery was materially affected by platform-side issues.
3. Situations we may review for adjustment
- Duplicate billing for the same account and billing period.
- A clear technical fault on our side that prevented reasonable use after payment.
- An obvious billing error caused by processing or plan transition mistakes.
