What Lexoria actually produces

Lexoria takes messy consultation notes and turns them into a clean, attorney‑ready intake summary that you can review before saving or exporting.

Before: messy consultation note

“Client is a 35‑year‑old office worker. Says he was rear‑ended at a red light in Los Angeles back in May. Not sure of exact date, thinks it was around Golden Week. Car behind ‘was going too fast’ and ‘didn’t even brake’. Police came, but client doesn’t remember which officer. Neck and back hurt the next morning, went to ER, then chiropractor 2–3 times a week. Missed about a week of work, had to use PTO. Now wondering if it’s worth ‘doing something’ because the pain still flares up when he sits too long…”

Attorney‑ready intake summary
Facts

Client: 35‑year‑old office worker injured in a rear‑end collision at a red light in Los Angeles, CA.

Key facts: Low‑speed rear‑end impact; police responded; client treated at ER the next day and then a chiropractor 2–3 times per week for ~6 weeks; missed ~7 days of work and used PTO.

Client’s Claims

Ongoing neck and lower‑back pain, temporary inability to work, and a request to recover medical expenses, lost wages, and general damages for pain and suffering.

Potential Legal Issues
  • Liability for rear‑end collision (presumption of negligence; potential defenses unknown).
  • Causation between the collision and current symptoms.
  • Scope of recoverable economic and non‑economic damages.
  • Compliance with notice / limitations periods (exact accident date not yet confirmed).
Additional Information Needed
  • Exact accident date and location (intersection, direction of travel).
  • Police report number and any traffic citations issued.
  • Complete medical records and billing from ER and chiropractor.
  • Employment records confirming missed work, wage rate, and PTO usage.
  • Any prior accidents or similar injuries; photos of the scene, vehicles, and visible injuries.
Relevant Law / Case Law (when safe)

Where Lexoria can confidently identify a statute or well‑known case (for example, general rules about following distance and rear‑end collisions), it may surface it here. If not, it leaves this section blank instead of guessing.

Built for firms that live in intake

Lexoria is legal intake software designed for firms where attorneys still wade through long consultation notes themselves.

Solo attorneys

Keep your own intake notes organized without hiring extra staff. Get a quick, structured summary for each new matter.

Small law firms

Give partners and associates standardized intake summaries, even when paralegals and case managers are stretched thin.

Intake‑heavy practices

Ideal for personal injury, employment, family, consumer, and other practice areas where intake volume is high and details matter.

What Lexoria does

Lexoria is an AI legal intake organizer. It automatically turns messy consultation notes into a structured legal intake summary:

  • Facts – key dates, parties, and timeline pulled out of messy notes
  • Client’s claims & goals – what the client is saying and what they want
  • Potential legal issues – issue candidates for attorney review (no legal advice)
  • Additional information needed – follow‑up questions and documents to request
  • Relevant law / case law (when appropriate) – only when the AI can confidently identify something real; otherwise left blank

Features designed for legal professionals

🤖AI‑powered organization

Paste unstructured intake notes and let Lexoria organize them into clear sections that match how attorneys actually review new matters.

📄One‑click PDF export

Download an intake summary as a clean PDF in one click, or copy structured text into your practice management or document system.

🔐Login & saved history

Sign in to keep a history of organized intakes, so you can quickly revisit notes by client, date, or matter instead of digging through emails.

🛡Built for legal workflows

Sections, labels, and prompts are tailored for law firms—facts, claims, potential legal issues, and follow‑ups—so staff and attorneys can work from the same intake structure.

How it works – 3 simple steps

Step 1 · 📝

Paste your consultation notes

Copy any intake note—email, CRM entry, or handwritten summary—and paste it into Lexoria. No special formatting or templates are required.

Step 2 · ⚖️

Choose jurisdiction and (optionally) state

Select United States, and when helpful choose a state focus (for example, CA, NY, TX, FL) so the AI can frame issues and follow‑up items around your practice.

Step 3 · 📎

Get a structured intake summary

Within seconds, Lexoria returns a structured intake summary you can skim, adjust where needed, and then save to history or export as a PDF.

Why solo & small firms use Lexoria

Faster intake review

Scan a structured intake summary instead of scrolling through walls of text. Spend your time on judgment, not extraction.

Better issue spotting

Lexoria highlights potential legal issues based on the intake note. You decide what actually matters.

Repeatable process

Every consultation ends with the same core sections: facts, claims, issues, follow‑ups. Easier to delegate and train around.

Lightweight legal intake software

No full CRM replacement. Lexoria focuses on intake summaries that plug into your existing tools and workflows.

Jurisdiction‑aware and practice‑area‑aware

Lexoria’s AI is configured for U.S. legal intake. It works in a few different modes so you can stay close to the matters you actually handle.

United States (General)

Use a general U.S. mode when you don’t want to lock into a specific state. The AI treats intake as U.S. matters without making state‑specific assumptions.

Optional state focus

When helpful, you can select a state focus (currently CA, NY, TX, FL). The AI will prioritize that state’s context while still deferring to your judgment.

Practice‑area guidance

Choose a practice area—such as personal injury, employment, family, contract, or real estate—so the AI can shape follow‑up questions and checklists around that area.

Why the output matters

Lexoria’s structured intake summaries are designed to make review faster and more reliable than scanning raw notes.

  • Faster review: attorneys can skim a clear summary instead of re‑reading pages of narrative.
  • Better issue spotting: potential legal issues are surfaced explicitly for you to accept, refine, or ignore.
  • Less manual work: no more re‑typing notes into a template or re‑organizing them by hand.
  • Consistent structure: every consultation ends with the same core sections—facts, claims, issues, and follow‑ups.
  • Easy export: copy the text into your practice management system or download a PDF for the matter file.

Data & security
Consultation text you submit for AI processing is not retained on Lexoria’s servers after processing. If you save intakes to history, those records are kept in your browser’s local storage on your device—not in a shared Lexoria database tied to other users.
Lexoria is built to avoid storing your matter text on our servers, which reduces certain data-retention risks. Whether and how you may input client-confidential information is a matter for your firm’s policies, applicable ethics rules, and any client agreements. You remain responsible for those decisions.
Yes. The product is served over HTTPS. Your consultation notes are not sent to Google Analytics as part of normal use.
Saved history for your account lives in your own browser’s local storage. Other Lexoria users cannot access it from their devices.
Lexoria uses Anthropic’s API. Per Anthropic’s commercial API terms, API customer data is not used to train their models. For the authoritative wording, see Anthropic’s privacy policy.
Generally no—local storage is per browser and per device. Export important intakes as PDF or copy the structured text into your matter file if you need a durable record.

Major credit and debit cards (for example Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) are accepted where Stripe supports them. Payment is processed by Stripe; Lexoria does not store your full card number on our servers.

Most intakes complete in roughly 10–30 seconds. Paid tiers may route to a higher-quality model, which can occasionally take a bit longer.
Email support@lexoriaai.com. We aim to respond within about two business days; paying customers receive priority handling.
Running a new AI organization requires an internet connection. You may still open previously saved intakes in your browser in some cases, but plan on being online for new processing.
There is no hard cap, but roughly 1,000–3,000 characters of focused notes usually produces the cleanest structure. Very long narratives may be summarized more aggressively.
